I am currently reading this and have almost finished – unfortunately, real life keeps getting in the way and I keep reluctantly having to put it down. I assure you, it’s difficult as this book is bloody brilliant. (Not that I’d expect anything less from the amazing Marian!) Review should be up later today!

 

 

It’s Not Me, It’s You, by Mhairi McFarlane

This book looks hilarious, and I’ve heard great things. I’ve not read and of Mhairi’s books before, but they look fab, so if this is as great as I’m hoping, I’ll definitely be checking out the others.

I’m so excited to read this book. It’s on my list to start this evening, and I have very high hopes. Besides the gorgeous cover that immediately caught my eye, the story sounds great and I’ve heard only good things about it.

Yes, I’ve committed the ultimate bookworm sin on this: I judged by the cover. I coveted this book as soon as I clapped eyed on it. How could I not? Just look at it! The story sounds fun and interesting, so I’m hoping it lives up to its good-looks!
